KAJAA: Korean Artistic Junior Adventure Art-Festival

2024 카쟈: 한국 청소년 아트 페스티벌

The event was organized by Edu Chosun, a subsidiary of Chosun Ilbo, which produces the '87-year-old' Children's Chosun Ilbo (舊소년조선일보), and oversees various educational businesses of the Chosun Media Group, a Korean media company. Additionally, our company, MySLide Corporation, has been hosting and organizing various youth art competitions since 2022 as part of a youth art exploration project, utilizing our proprietary online art competition operation solution. We have successfully organized youth art competitions and exhibitions in various countries including Seoul, New York, and Belgium. Edu Chosun and MySLide have signed a '2024 Art and Visual Design YEAR' agreement with the goal of encouraging Korean youth to discover their artistic talents and interests in creation.

Rather than merely submitting artworks for participation in art competitions for the promotional purposes of specific companies or organizations, we prioritized planning and organizing this festival to provide youth with an experience of overcoming the fear they feel when embarking on the path of art, delving into profound research topics, and discovering the joy of creation for themselves. We carefully considered topics that require artistic approaches and sought judges who can evaluate from various perspectives. Additionally, we planned to introduce and sell the award-winning works in a large gallery, enabling communication through the artworks showcased in the exhibition.

'KAJAA: Korean Artistic Junior Adventure Art-Festival' aims to become Korea's leading youth art festival that elevates pure artisticity, autonomy, and professionalism. Through this, we hope to provide youth not only with the experience and expertise in art creation but also with the opportunity to enhance their cultural sophistication and become global talents.
