  • We look for a proactive perspective that allows an artist to confidently share their voice on a global stage. Evaluation focuses on whether the artist's vision possesses universality that resonates beyond local boundaries.
Artistic Originality
  • We assess whether the artist has built their own unique visual language, breaking away from conventional compositions. We value fresh perspectives and unique symbolic systems used to visualize the concept of 'New Connection.'
Technical Proficiency
  • A comprehensive evaluation of aesthetic balance and the mastery of the chosen medium. We examine the artist's dedication to finishing the work with high density and craftsmanship suitable for international exhibition and archiving.

    2. Entries with missing/incorrect required information or improper file uploads will be disqualified. The organizer is not liable for any issues arising from such errors.
  • Artworks exceeding the maximum size of 20 × 24 inches (50 × 61 cm) will be excluded from evaluation.

    ※ If consent is not completed within this period, waitlisted entries will be selected. (Physical exhibition and final judging are mandatory for all finalists.)
  • Once the shortlist is announced, you can select your shipping destination and enter your return address on the submission site. 
  • Artworks must be delivered by the specified deadline. New York exhibition and final evaluation will proceed only for works successfully delivered. Please ensure your artwork is sent with ample time to avoid any delays.

  • If your work passes the preliminary round, results will be sent to your registered email and phone number. You can then proceed with exhibition registration and sales consent on the submission site.
  • Artworks must be delivered by the specified deadline. Final evaluation and exhibition are guaranteed only for works that have completed shipment within the designated period. Please send your artwork with ample time to ensure a smooth exhibition process.
  • If a tracking number is not confirmed or the artwork is not delivered within the deadline due to the sender's responsibility, exhibition and final evaluation will not be possible, and the exhibition fee will not be refunded. Furthermore, exhibition certificates cannot be issued, and the organizer is not liable for any resulting issues.
  • After the exhibition, awards, related documents, and artworks will be returned based on the information provided at portfolioroom.org. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the creator.
  • In the event of a sale during the exhibition, artworks with sales consent will be shipped directly to the buyer immediately after the show concludes.
  • Photographs and media of the exhibition will be posted on individual pages at (myslide.org) after the event ends.
