2025 5th IYAC Global Youth Art Contest

 The 5th IYAC Global Youth Art Contest is proudly hosted by MySLide Corp. in collaboration with the GSEF Foundation, Detour Gallery (New York), and Senator Gordon M. Johnson from New Jersey. This contest runs from February 3 to June 16, 2025, inviting young artists worldwide to express their thoughts through art as they grow into engaged members of society. Selected works from the first evaluation round will be featured in an offline exhibition held at Detour Gallery in New York. Of these, five finalists will receive the prestigious New Jersey State Senator’s Award.

This contest offers young artists a unique opportunity to unleash their creativity and passion, expressing their personal stories through art. Now in its 5th year, the event celebrates the limitless potential of youth and provides a platform for conveying powerful social messages through artistic expression. The theme for the 2025 contest is “Unity in Diversity”, encouraging participants to explore how harmony can shine through differences. This theme emphasizes inclusivity, solidarity, and the balance of diverse perspectives, inspiring contestants to create works that convey powerful narratives about understanding and cooperation.

  • It emphasizes the strength and richness that come from embracing diverse perspectives, cultures, and identities. In a world filled with a variety of voices and ideas, this theme challenges young artists to explore ways to honor individuality while fostering unity.

  • All required fields must be filled out completely during registration and submission.
    1. If there is an error in the membership information, it can be updated at any time through the account settings. Artwork and submission details can also be edited through the submission modification page, but only until the competition submission deadline.
    2. If essential information is missing, incorrect, or if the wrong artwork is submitted, the entry will be excluded from evaluation. The company assumes no responsibility for such issues.
  • Entries with artwork exceeding the size limit of 50 × 61 cm (20 × 24 inches) on canvas or paper will not be considered for evaluation.
  • If any issues arise during the online submission process, please report them to the page administrator at admin@myslide.org.


  • Exhibition Consent Period: June 26, 2025 – July 8, 2025
    ※ If consent is not provided, alternate selections will be made. (Participation in the finals requires offline exhibition and evaluation following the preliminary round selection.)
  • Artwork delivery must be completed within the specified deadline. Only artworks properly delivered will proceed to the New York exhibition and final evaluation. Please allow ample time for smooth delivery.

  • If the submitted artwork passes the preliminary round, the result will be notified through the registered email and phone number. Exhibition registration and sales consent can be completed on the submission site.
  • Artwork delivery must be completed before the specified delivery deadline. Only artworks with shipping receipts confirmed within the period will be eligible for final evaluation and exhibition. Please allow ample time for delivery to ensure smooth processing.
  • If the shipping receipt is not confirmed within the designated period or if the artwork is not delivered properly, the artwork may not qualify for exhibition and final evaluation. In such cases, the exhibition participation fee will not be refunded. Additionally, issuance of exhibition certificates will not be available, and the company will not be held responsible for related issues.
  • After the exhibition, certificates, related documents, and the return of the artwork will be sent based on the information provided on the contest submission site portfolioroom.org. The company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to incorrect address information provided by the artist.
  • If the artwork is sold during the exhibition period, the sold piece will be shipped to the buyer immediately after the exhibition is completed.
  • Photographs of the exhibited works will be uploaded to the dedicated page on the official website (myslide.org) after the exhibition ends.
