Art Competition Winners Exhibition

   This exhibition showcased the first-round winning works from a youth art competition held in South Korea between June and August 2025, at the Special Hall of MARU Art Center in Insadong, Seoul.


  Selected grand prize and gold medal works were also displayed on large screens at COEX and Parnas Media Towers, bringing the artworks closer to the public in downtown Seoul.

Insadong is one of Seoul’s key art districts, where traditional streets and modern exhibition spaces coexist. Surrounded by galleries and craft shops, it offers an artistic setting in which the KAJAA exhibition allowed youth artworks to meet the public in an accessible and intimate way.

2025 KAJAA Art Festival Exhibition

  The 2025 KAJAA: Korean Youth Art Festival brought together works selected for their originality and creativity by young artists.

  The exhibition was presented in a spacious venue of approximately 9,900 square feet, allowing visitors to experience the full range of artworks at a glance.

Theme: 
A Heart That Came from an Unseen Place

  The theme of the 2025 KAJAA: Korea Youth Art Festival, “A Heart That Came from an Unseen Place” explores the emotions and warmth that connect people, even when they cannot be seen. 


  Created by young artists from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, this exhibition shows that art is one of the purest forms of communication. linking one heart to another. It also deepens the values KAJAA pursues: growth and empathy through art.

Awards Ceremony 

The 2025 KAJAA Awards were presented within the exhibition space, celebrating the passion and creativity of young artists. Due to the large number of outstanding participants, only selected Grand and Gold Prize winners from each category were formally awarded. The event was attended by families and visitors, creating a meaningful moment that reflected KAJAA’s values of growth and communication through art.

Dream Mural Experience Zone

  The “Dream Mural Experience Zone” was an interactive art program operated during the exhibition period, designed to allow visitors to freely create drawings on the themes of “Messages I want to share with children” and “Dreams I once had,” using recycled art materials. 


 High school volunteers were stationed on-site to provide guidance and operational support, helping participants immerse themselves comfortably and enjoyably in the creative process while maintaining overall order.

Media Towers Exhibition

[Young Voices on the City’s Grand Canvas]

Award-winning works are given the opportunity to be showcased in a major gallery in Insadong, Seoul. Among them, select outstanding pieces are further featured in a special art project, presented to the public through large-scale digital displays at COEX Media Tower (10.7m × 29.6m) and Parnas Media Tower (12.3m × 26.0m), key media landmarks located near Samseong Station in Seoul. This project provides young artists with a meaningful opportunity to engage in genuine communication with the public through their works and to take their first steps forward as emerging creators.

2025 KAJAA Youth

Art Festival

MySLide Corp.  Korean Air  Dream Depot

The 2025 KAJAA: Korea Youth Art Festival accepted submissions from June 4 to August 5, 2025, and successfully concluded with enthusiastic participation and strong interest from young artists across the nation. A selection of award-winning works from the competition was showcased in an offline exhibition held from September 4 to September 8, 2025, at the Maru Art Center’s Grand Special Hall (approximately 1,000 square meters) in Insa-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, presenting the passion and creativity of youth artists all in one place.


1. Hosting the Art Competition

  Youth Art Project in Collaboration with Korean Air and Dream Depot

 

The 2025 KAJAA: Korea Youth Art Festival was a nationwide youth art project hosted by MySLide corp., with Korean Air and Dream Depot as official partners.


Centered on the theme “A Heart That Came from an Unseen Place,” KAJAA served as a creative platform where young artists shared empathy, emotion, and their perspectives through art.


2. Award-Winning Works Exhibition

Large-Scale Youth Art Exhibition

 

 As a key program of the 2025 KAJAA: Korea Youth Art Festival, an exhibition was held at the Special Exhibition Hall of Maru Art Center in Insadong, Seoul (approximately 1,000 square meters). 


The exhibition showcased outstanding works by young artists selected through the first round, presenting artworks inspired by their everyday emotions and thoughts. Through diverse perspectives and shared themes, the exhibition offered a meaningful opportunity for communication and mutual understanding through art.


3. Art Sales & Giving Program

Expanding Creative Experiences for Young Artists

 

  During the exhibition, an Artwork Sales and Donation Program was operated, allowing young artists to sell their works and choose to donate the proceeds.


  Through this initiative, participants experienced the values of sharing and social responsibility, reinforcing KAJAA as a value-driven art platform built on a cycle of creation, exhibition, and giving.


4. Public Media Tower Display

Young Artists Meet the City

 

   The KAJAA Youth Art Festival expanded beyond the gallery by presenting award-winning works on large media towers in central Seoul.  Through this public art program, young artists’ works entered the urban landscape, allowing the public to experience youth art in a more open and accessible way.
