Title : Who am I
Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic Paint
Size of Artwork : 53 x 45.5cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
The girl wearing a fish mask represents a device she has created to protect herself from the outside world. As we grow, much like fish that can no longer stay confined to a small tank, we leave adolescence behind and face new environments and challenges. Among these challenges, the most intriguing yet confusing question is: "Who am I?" The struggle to understand our desires, our identity, and the kind of future we envision often leads us to want to hide. This desire to conceal our true feelings arises in response to external expectations and the numerous crossroads we encounter. This painting serves as a metaphorical expression of that inner state.
Title : Face of diversity
Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : gouache and pen on paper
Size of Artwork : 29 x 39.5 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
This painting shows 'harmonious world' by merging different cultures into one face. The face is composed of objects that represent each country, which means that various traditions and identities can coexist harmoniously and beautifully. The cultural patterns in the background symbolize that this diversity is not a source of division but a connection, carrying a belief that differences can lead to abundance not to conflict. Differences in cultures sometimes try to push each other away and even cause fights. But understanding each other and accepting differences can lead us to harmony. This artwork conveys that true beauty can be with us when diverse cultures come together.

Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium :
Size of Artwork : 61 x 50 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
The process of getting to know each other has become easier through the internet these days, and we have more and more attitudes toward lightening each other. We are very colorful and unique, and we each have our circumstances. However, we often judge others with fragmented and biased information and close our minds.
We have learned that the world can move forward based on communication, understanding, and respect. This is natural, and many histories around the world prove it. But not many people can actually act. We just recognize the problem, and sometimes, even that perception is potential. We must awaken our sleeping consciousness in the current digital age, where you and I appear in a variety of ways. We must embrace others with information from a deep and equal perspective, rather than fragmented and biased information, and harmoniously integrate his diversity with ours. Only then will the world prosper more by branching out from the seed of information.

Size of Artwork : 40 x 40 cm

Description of Artwork :
Title : Light of Daynight
Artist : Hyeseung Chung
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : oil on canvas
Size of Artwork : 53X45.5cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
Title : Human Immersed in Nature
Artist : Seojin Park
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : oil on canvas, silk organza(fabric) installation
Size of Artwork : 50 x 60 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
Title : Flux in Me
Artist :Choi Minjun Sean
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic on Canvas
Size of Artwork : 61 x 45.7 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
I was born in the U.S. and spent part of my early childhood in Korea. Now, I live in a boarding school dorm in America. My room reflects who I’m becoming. Ivy grows by the window—quiet and steady, a symbol of perseverance. A world map stretches across the wall, echoing my dreams. A painting on my desk blends the colors and cultures I’ve absorbed. Sitting on a dancheong-patterned carpet, I feel both tradition and change. Diversity means living between worlds—not torn, but whole. Like ivy, I grow slowly—rooted in many places, always reaching for light.
Title : Adaptation and Harmony in Various Places
Artist :Lee Saena
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : 유화
Size of Artwork : 45.5 x 51 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
Title :
Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic on Canvas
Size of Artwork : 45.5 x 53 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
Title : Capture of Nature
Artist : Cho Hailey
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic on Canvas
Size of Artwork : 31 x 41cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
"Capture of Nature" is an artwork that demonstrates harmony in a diverse environment. Despite the differences these bird species carry, they all inhabit and use the same area. I believe diversity is an important aspect of nature, and this piece showcases how beauty can be created from differences. Excluding the flying bird, I took an actual photo of this piece when I was exploring parts of Korea and came across this river. By placing my phone onto the telescope, it allowed me to capture the black camera frame as well, which I included in this piece as it creates a sense of peeking and observing nature in its purest form. The cranes are from another photo I took, but I decided to include it in this piece as it add to the theme of diversity as well as harmony.
Title :
Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic on Canvas
Size of Artwork : 45.5 x 53 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
Title : Diverse Stories, Shared Space
Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Watercolor and colored pencil on paper
Size of Artwork : 39.4 x 54.5 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
The subway is a quiet mirror of human coexistence, reflecting the presence of strangers with different stories who silently move in the same direction. Without words, we negotiate space, presence, and difference. What emerges is not uniformity, but a rhythm shaped by contrast. This work reflects on how harmony doesn’t mean sameness, but the choice to move together, aware of each other, yet distinct.
Title : Digital Meditation
Artist : Kim Alan
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic on Canvas
Size of Artwork : 53 x 45.5 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
This painting explores the contrast between digital immersion and the natural world. A young person sits cross-legged in a glowing, surreal forest, lit by the light of a laptop screen. Surrounded by luminous mushrooms and towering trees under a dreamlike sky, the scene blurs the boundary between reality and virtuality.
The central figure is fully absorbed in the screen, yet isolated from the vibrant nature around him. The strong contrast between artificial light and organic surroundings symbolizes how technology can both connect and disconnect us. The glowing mushrooms and sky evoke a fantastical, game-like realm, suggesting the influence of virtual spaces on our perception of the real world.
Title : The Beauty of Borders
Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic on Canvas
Size of Artwork : 53 x 45.5 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
My artwork consists of more than fifteen windows, each representing the unique characteristics of various cultures such as European and Asian. These windows are arranged to appear endless, symbolizing infinite diversity and continuity. The windows coexist with various shapes and colors, creating a harmonic space in which diverse cultures and times combine together. I wanted to show the harmony of diversity using the window motif. The contrast of history and modernity, as well as outstanding colors from other cultures, symbolizes our complex and diverse world. Each window has meaning beyond its frame, functioning as a bridge for cultural communication and understanding, bringing different ideals together to create new beauty. This piece is more than just a variety of different windows; it's a story of harmony that isn't finished until cultural and time boundaries are crossed and diversity comes together as one.
Title : Behind each windows
Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic on Canvas
Size of Artwork : 54.5 cm x 39.4 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
This piece captures glimpses of diverse lives unfolding behind the many windows of an apartment building. A person greeting the day with yoga, friends laughing at a party, a couple reading side by side, a man unpacking boxes, a dog resting in the living room, and even the stillness of an empty home—each window holds a unique moment in time. These unseen fragments of everyday life come together to form a single landscape. Though we live in separate spaces, this work seeks to show how all our stories are quietly connected.
Title : Embrace
Artist : Kang Urim
Year : 2025

Description of Artwork :
This work visualizes how diverse people come together to form harmony in the world. Although all people have different personalities, backgrounds, beliefs, and appearances, they form one large society by embracing each other's differences. Title : Same Hall, Different World
Artist : kIm Jane
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic paint and Posco markers
Size of Artwork : 53 x 45.5 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
This is what high school looks like when you stop and actually look. Lockers full of random stuff such as notes, stickers, crumpled papers, sports gear, Bible verses, memes, weird drawings. Some are neat, most aren’t. Everyone’s on their own mission: getting into college, making it through the day, winning the game, finding some peace. It’s a mess, but it’s our mess. Each locker’s different, just like the people behind them, but they all line up in the same hallway. That’s kind of the whole point. Having different lives, but in the same space. No one here’s exactly alike, and that’s what makes it real. This isn’t just a row of metal boxes, it’s a snapshot of all the weird, stressful, funny, and hopeful stuff that makes up high school. You don’t have to be the same to belong. You just have to be here, showing up, day after day. This idea shot into my mind after first hearing the theme. As a high schooler myself, I can relate this to my own high school community and my peers around me.
Title : Beauty in Diversity
Artist : Lee Zia Yewon
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic on paper
Size of Artwork : 42 x 30 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
In a world where beauty is often defined by narrow standards, this artwork challenges us to rethink what it means to be beautiful. This painting depicts a whimsical beauty contest where animals of all shapes, sizes, species, and habitats come together to celebrate uniqueness. From the elegance of a gazelle to the quiet strength of a cat, each contestant brings its own form of beauty to the stage.
At the heart of the piece is the crowning of “Miss Unity,” a symbolic figure who represents harmony in difference. She is not chosen for her perfection, but for how she embodies the spirit of inclusivity. Through her victory, the painting suggests that true beauty is found not in similarity, but in diversity — in the coexistence of contrasting forms, voices, and identities.
This work invites viewers to reflect on the power of acceptance, and to imagine a world where diversity is not only welcomed but celebrated.
Title : When Colors Collide
Artist : Hong Juyoung
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic Paint
Size of Artwork : 30.5 x 40.6 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
We often find ourselves stuck in our own worlds, chasing success, or simply what feels familiar. When that happens, it becomes harder to open up to people who live or think differently from us. But when we pause and really try to see through someone else’s eyes, something shifts. Empathy becomes a bridge. And through that connection, something stronger and deeper begins to grow. In my artwork, women of various races and backgrounds release their unique colors toward a central figure, forging a heart of steel within the figure. This heart—strong, resilient, and shaped by many voices—symbolizes the strength that comes from unity. Each color carries a different story, a unique truth. And when these colors come together, they create something no single one could ever achieve alone. It’s like an orchestra: many different instruments, each with its own voice, coming together to create something far more powerful than any solo could be—music that moves not just the ear, but the heart.
Title :
Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium :
Size of Artwork : 49.6 x 59 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
This artwork captures the theme of “Harmony in Diversity” through Jjamppong, a Korean fusion noodle dish. Just as Jjamppong mixes various ingredients into one flavorful bowl, the painting brings together a traditional Hanok and the modern Lotte World Tower in a single dish. The Hanok symbolizes Korea’s cultural heritage, while the skyscraper represents modern growth and ambition. Placing both in one space shows how past and present, tradition and innovation, can blend into a balanced and uniquely Korean identity.
Title : Flavors around the World
Artist : Cho Eunice
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Digital art
Size of Artwork : 60 x 31 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
Our globe is such an extraordinary place; while it harbors diverse histories, cultures, and nations, we can be united together for a common goal. To accomplish that purpose, though, it may seem that only certain countries matter. However, analogous to the significance of a single dish in the taste of a large table, each and every part of the world is what makes our earth holistic and special. This artwork, titled “Flavors around the World”, portrays a plethora of dishes assembled for a potluck, implying the guests invited to the gathering are also united in the warm welcoming. The diversity of the food, people, and cultural objects conveys that all dishes, big or small, can be united through their presence at the same table–our planet. The special “flavor” that emerges from the shared dishes has the capacity to develop when communities, regions, and nations come together in other tastes and condiments; as a result, the breadth of the table expands.
Title : The Final Piece
Artist :
Year : 2025
Material / Medium : Acrylic on Canvas
Size of Artwork : 37.9 x 45.5 cm
Award : Gold Medal
Description of Artwork :
This piece speaks to the delicate balance and harmony within ecosystems. It captures the moment of placing the final puzzle piece — an image of a bee — into a larger scene filled with flora and fauna. Though small and often overlooked, the bee plays a vital role: enabling pollination, which leads to the growth of plants and fruits, sustaining herbivores, and ultimately supporting carnivores. This interconnected chain reminds us that even the tiniest creatures are essential to life. The artwork celebrates the beauty of this natural balance — a quiet, profound harmony that holds our world together. Finally, the big meaning of this painting is the harmony that creates nature by putting various puzzle pieces together one by one.
